Jack Farley covers traditional finance markets as the host of “Forward Guidance”. Jack previously worked at Bloomberg, Dealbreaker, and Real Vision, where he hosted over 100 long-form interviews with investors, analysts, and financial professionals. Jack graduated from Brown University with a degree in economics, and lives in NYC. Forward Guidance is an exploration into the machine of the global financial system. It aims to bring to retail and institutional investors alike a macro analysis of complex themes with the depth these topics deserve.

Jurrien Timmer is the Director of Global Macro at Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals. Jurrien is part of Fidelity’s Global Asset Allocation group, where he specializes in asset allocation and global macro strategy. Jurrien has been at Fidelity for 27 years and has close to four decades of experience in the industry. He appears frequently in the media and can be seen on CNBC, Bloomberg, and Fox Business. He is also on social media via Twitter &amp; LinkedIn. Prior to assuming his current position in 2005, Mr. Timmer held various other roles within Fidelity, including director of market research and technical research analyst. He also co-managed Fidelity Global Strategies Fund from 2007 to 2014. Before joining Fidelity in 1995, Mr. Timmer was a vice president in the Fixed Income group at ABN AMRO Bank in New York. He has been in the investments industry since 1985. Jurrien earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Babson College. He was born and raised a Dutch citizen in Aruba, but has been living in the United States all of his adult life. He became a US citizen in 2002. Jurrien is a strong proponent of healthy work-life integration and is an avid cook and cyclist.

Gabriella Kusz serves as CEO of the Global Digital Asset and Cryptocurrency Association, a global voluntary self-regulatory association for the industry. Prior to this role, she served as the Principal for Strategic Initiatives at the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) where, in addition to other areas, she supported the profession’s leadership and innovation in the digital era. She also served as Assistant Director in the SEC Division of Enforcement’s Cyber Unit. Ms. Szczepanik served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. In between his time in crypto, he was on the Growth Product and Marketing teams at Uber. Dan founded Pantera Capital in 2003 - managing a billion dollars in hedge fund strategies. He previously served as Head of Macro Trading and CFO at Tiger Management with Julian Robertson. Dan began his career as a Collateralized Mortgage Obligation trader at Goldman Sachs. Meet Sandeep Nailwal. Also known as the co-founder of Polygon, a global and sustainable Web3 infrastructure built on Ethereum. After studying computer science, Sandeep received his MBA from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (Nitie), one of the top schools in India, where he specialized in information technology. Sandeep went on to lead the technology department at Welspun, the largest textile company in Asia, and worked as a consultant at Deloitte.



Sandeep’s background in tech set the foundation for the 2015 launch of his company, ScopeWeaver, India’s largest marketplace for professional services. It was here that he designed and developed blockchain-based decentralized application architecture. As with many, once Sandeep dipped his toes into the world of web3, there was no turning back. Sandeep immersed himself in literature, reading everything and anything about artificial intelligence and other new technologies, such as blockchain. Just two years later, in 2017, Sandeep, Jaynti Kanani and Anurag Arjun united under a common vision for the future of blockchain tech, and Polygon was born.

Diana Biggs is Chief Strategy Officer of Valour, the first publicly listed company focused on digital assets and decentralized finance. She is a recognized blockchain and fintech expert and a global executive working tirelessly to broaden adoption, accessibility and understanding of these technologies. In addition to her role at Valour, Diana is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and serves on the board of the Swiss entity of HIVE Blockchain, the first publicly listed crypto mining company.

Glenn Barber is the Head of Sales &amp; Business Development, Americas at&nbsp;Copper.co. – a pioneering digital assets custody and settlement provider. Prior to joining&nbsp;Copper, Glenn led sales as a consultant at FalconX, an institutional digital asset brokerage, and he was also the Chief Institutional Officer at Voyager Digital, a publicly-traded holding company whose subsidiaries operate a crypto-asset platform to trade crypto assets. Glenn also has over 25 years experience in global capital markets, and was a Managing Director in Equities at Deutsche Bank and Barclays.

Prior to that Ben led the corporate development effort for Symbiont, an enterprise FinTech company creating the next generation of financial markets infrastructure using blockchain technology.
